Our pharmacies are linked through a Siebel CRM system, a customer related management system, which allows our staff to view all patient information and physician protocols from any OTN Specialty Services location, at any time.

The Siebel Call Center Software enables OTN Specialty Services to maximize our level of service to our customers, promoting a high level of service, accuracy, efficiency and report customization.
