OTN Specialty Services offers an alternative for clinics not utilizing our online ordering system to manage patient's orders, the FaxBack Program. This program informs physicians of the prescription status of all patients referred to OTN Specialty Services once the prescription has been dispensed or transferred.

For patients that are serviced by OTN Specialty Services, physicians will receive a FaxBack form including:

• Patient name
• Medication prescribed
• Date medication was shipped
• Insurance information (Major Medical, Co-insurance, Drug Card)

If OTN Specialty Services is out of network with the patient’s insurance, the patient chooses to utilize another pharmacy or if the medication order has been canceled the physician will receive a FaxBack form including:

• Patient name
• Medication prescribed
• Transfer or cancellation date
• Transfer or cancellation reason
• Transferred or referred to information
