OTN’s Specialty Pharmacy, Ivpcare, Inc., Awarded Accreditation from the Joint Commission for Pharmacy Services

South San Francisco, Calif. – July 10, 2007 – OTN, a leading physician services company
and one of the largest distributors of products and services to the community physician market, announced today that its national specialty pharmacy, Ivpcare, Inc., has earned the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of ApprovalTM for its pharmacy dispensing services and clinical consultant pharmacist services. Ivpcare, Inc. offers pharmacy and clinical services through its chronic and critical care pharmacy division, OTN Specialty Services, and IVPCARE Reproductive Health Services, its pharmacy division focused on the treatment of infertility.
