Goldsmith Pharmacy joins ivpcare

Frisco, Texas , December 20, 2004 - ivpcare, inc. has entered into a definitive agreement under which it acquired Goldsmith Pharmacy, an infertility specialty pharmacy. On December 20, 2004, Goldsmith Pharmacy opened their doors as the Missouri branch of ivpcare. In joining our facilities that include Massachusetts, California and Texas ivpcare will continue to provide comprehensive care to patients with special pharmaceutical needs.

Goldsmith Pharmacy established themselves by providing their patients with over twenty years of service in the infertility field. ivpcare, being a specialty pharmacy, realized that Goldsmith Pharmacy would be a perfect addition to our specialty distribution pharmacies. With our combined efforts we expect to continue to be a nationwide leader of specialty medications by offering our patients a team of professionals ready to answer questions, provide training and deliver personalized and confidential services.
