ivpcare, inc. highlights company purpose during the 2nd Annual Purpose Week, May 10-14, 2004

ivpcare, inc. a specialty pharmacy based in Frisco, Texas has created an annual Purpose Week to bring awareness to the company's purpose statement. ivpcare's purpose is to promote wellness and improve the human condition. As the model for hi-tech pharmaceutical delivery systems, we provide quality service, striving to exceed the needs and expectations of our customers and employees. The purpose statement continuously guides ivpcare during times of success and challenge.

This year's planned festivities include :

Supporting our troops in Iraq.

With our Communicate You Care program, ivpcare has adopted the 17,000 troops of the 1st Armored Division for the second year. We are encouraging our customers and employees to send international phone cards through the USO's Operation Phone Home program. In addition, we are sending care packages to the troops from our offices.

Strengthening the Purpose of our Employees.

Each day we will be hosting purpose related events for our employees.

This includes:

• Guest speaker, PhD John B. Izzo, co-author of three books concerning company culture
• Guest speaker, Brian Dodge will present his message, "How to Build a Better You"
• A day focused on health and wellness
• A day focused on intrapreneurial skills
• Employee lunch with our Board of Directors
• And many other festivities
