Patient Services

How do I get my medications filled by OTN Specialty Services?

We must have a prescription from a healthcare professional licensed to treat patients in the United States in order to dispense your medication. Contact an OTN patient care representative at 1-800-370-2510 or initiate an order online. You have choices when fulfilling your prescription:

  • We'll call your physician for you.
  • Have your physician phone or fax us your prescription.

We will request basic information from you including your demographic information, physician's name, type of medication and, if applicable, your insurance information.

How do I have my prescription refilled?
Patients can initiate a prescription refill online or by speaking with a patient care representative at 1-800-370-2510.  Patients can also sign up for our automatic refill program through a patient care representative.  Once enrolled, OTN Specialty Services will notify you of a refill being dispensed and sent to you.

What specialty services does OTN Specialty Services provide to patients?
OTN Specialty Services delivers medications and administration supplies, provides treatment educational support, medication insurance benefit investigation and assures the highest quality of care and confidentiality for all patients obtaining and administering prescribed medications for complex health conditions.

Are OTN Specialty Services’ prices competitive to other pharmacies?
OTN Specialty Services established its prices after consultation with various pharmacies, clinicians, insurance companies and pharmaceutical manufacturers so we can offer the best possible value to our patients. For patient convenience, we accept COD, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card.

What if I cannot afford my medications?
OTN Specialty Services has experience with many patient support foundations and manufacturer programs.  We can provide patients with information on how to apply for co-pay assistance or medication payment support.

How will I receive my medication?
An OTN Specialty Services patient care representative will personally contact each patient by phone or email to arrange prompt and confidential delivery of prescribed medications and supplies.

Where does OTN Specialty Services deliver?
OTN Specialty Services delivers medications in quality controlled packaging to any United States address and most international addresses. We track every package to ensure delivery.

What if I have questions after hours?
Patients can contact our staff of pharmacists and nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-370-2510 with questions regarding medication administration and side effects.
