Dale joined McKesson Specialty in 2006 to assume responsibilities that include general specialty pharmacy operations; oversight of the call center; clinical services; and pharmaceutical distribution and shipping. Dale has redesigned operations and processes to improve support for business requirements such as reducing healthcare costs and strengthening our focus on medication management compliance. He is instrumental in expanding new pharmacy services, site growth, technology enhancements and implementing specialty pharmacy programs across the U.S.

Dale’s background consists of 12 years in hospital pharmacy management and three years in the home infusion business. He is currently entering his 13th year in the Specialty Pharmacy services market.

Dale received his pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and holds an MBA degree in Health Services management from the University of Dallas.

Nancy McCutcheon

Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Frisco, Texas

Nancy McCutcheon is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with experience in strategic planning, start-up sales teams, product development, partner relations, and operations.

Her extensive knowledge of the health care industry stems from her 24 years of health care experience, working within companies such as 3M, Centocor, Altana, and BioScip. Nancy’s global sales and marketing leadership practice in building winning sales and marketing teams develops the infrastructure to support new business. She joined ivpcare, inc. in July of 2007. Prior to her current position, she served as senior vice president of sales for BioScrip specialty pharmacy where she established a sales team focused on Oncology, MS, RA, HIV, and transplants. Nancy received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin.

Pat Gore
Vice President of Finance

Pat Gore, a native of Dallas Texas, joined IVPCARE in February of 1998 as the company's first Corporate Controller. Mrs. Gore was elected Vice President, Finance in November 2003. During IVPCARE’s phenomenal growth, Gore has made significant contributions to IVPCARE’s financial reporting. As Vice President, Finance, she directs all of the company's accounting functions, including financial reporting, tax and audit. She has established and maintains the company's accounting principles, practices and procedures in accordance with GAAP. Prior to joining ivpcare, Mrs. Gore held the Controller/CFO position for EMS, a national environmental management service company for hospitals and nursing homes. Mrs. Gore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a CPA. Drawing on her 22 years of accounting and finance experience, she has built her career dedicated to providing quality financial information to senior executives. Her "here for you" attitude has been instrumental in her success. "It's all about what you do for your company," says Gore. Her priority of honesty, ethics and loyalty consistently inspires other people's respect and trust.
